Painting and drawing has always been a passion of mine. I enjoy creating images and scenes that make people feel good. I always strive to achieve the finest quality of design and technique in every piece or project that I work on. I focus on details, layout, colour composition, balance and mood within every painting.

In University I majored in Art History and spent my studio time working with different mediums, such as lithography, chalk and pencil life drawings, acrylic and watercolor. Over the years I have continued my joy of painting in water color and have successfully completed many commissioned pieces.

My college years were focused on design, layout, compostion and use of typography. I graduated as a Graphic Designer and began a career in the High Tech Sector as a Web Designer. The skills and experience that I acquired in this field guided me and helped me grow as an artist and professional.

Painting on walls began for me after I had my first child. I decided to paint a themed painting on my boys bedroom walls and then on my baby girls bedroom walls. Friends began to want their childrens rooms painted too. This shift from working with digital art and going back to using wet paint and a brush felt very right. I love painting and found out very quickly how much I missed using these mediums.

I have created this business, "Walls in Style", so that I can do what I love to do, as well as help create beautiful, inspiring spaces for other families and individuals to enjoy and appreciate.
